Lady of Ellington
Lady Mary Dinah is the Founder of the Mary Dinah Foundation, an NGO established since 2006 whose main initiative – Zero Hunger Program is focused on alleviating hunger and poverty by feeding vulnerable people affected by malnutrition across Africa. Currently, the Foundation has distributed 42 million meals in crisis zones and regions of high poverty, with a unique focus on women and girls. Lady Dinah’s commitment to child protection and welfare is underscored by her recent designation as the Special Envoy on Child Protection by the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development. This designation reflects her dedication to safeguarding the well-being of children in the community.
By profession, Lady Dinah is a seasoned hotelier with CEO level experience gained from working with luxury brands such as Four Seasons Hotels, Marriott and Hilton. She is the Managing Director of MAD Hospitality, a hospitality consulting firm which is distinguished and impactful having championed some of Africa’s largest hotel openings. In addition to being a United Nations Fellow, Lady Dinah has acquired Degrees from Oxford University, Harvard University, Nottingham University and the University of Surrey, consistently attaining Distinctions across various disciplines. She is currently a Doctoral candidate, researching Charity Management at the International University of Monaco. In
